History
The Centre of Excellence is a Hairdressing and Beauty College that has been training hairdressers successfully for more than 30 years and Beauty Therapists for more than 20 years. The COE have established an excellent reputation for the quality standards in their graduates who are sought out by salons and spas in the industries.
